Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to help you make the most of your sessions. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please take note of the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: 1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement • If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of your session and payment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in a loss of the session fee. 2. How to Cancel or Reschedule • To request a cancellation or reschedule, please feel free to do so on your account if not, please reach out to us directly at hello@vashtimaa.com or 609-933-3683. We will do our best to accommodate your new scheduling needs based on availability. 3. Card Reading Disclaimer • If you are booking a card reading, please note that all clients must be 18 years or older to receive this service. Additionally, all card readings are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice or therapy. We encourage you to approach these readings with an open mind and view them as a unique tool for reflection and self-discovery.
